About the role

Business-Class is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. We are searching for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients regarding their travel reservations and ensuring that their journeys are seamless from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences to build customer loyalty and drive referrals;
  • Manage a high volume of calls and resolve customer issues using creativity and patience;
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve customer service;
  • Help travelers to resolve any issues related to their reservations;
  • Communicate all necessary information to our clients for a seamless travel experience.

Currently available: Nightshift

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • At least one year of previous experience in a customer service role within the airline industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain performance goals;
  • Strong technical skills and experience working with Sabre and Amadeus (GDS);
  • Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and personal accountability for own results.
