About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Software Specialist to join our team. As a QuickBooks Software Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and processes within our organization. Your expertise in QuickBooks software and strong knowledge of accounting principles will be essential in maintaining financial compliance and efficiency. In addition, this role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial materials, procedures, and transactions to identify errors, inefficiencies, or instances of misuse;
- Analyze adherence to budgetary standards, industry regulations, and financial guidelines using data from balance sheets and financial records;
- Document all internal processes during audits, including listing data sources and providing detailed conclusions after investigations;
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of finance by actively participating in professional development opportunities;
- Verify the accuracy of documents, figures, and account details during auditing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or a similar role;
