About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Software Specialist to join our team. As a QuickBooks Software Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and processes within our organization. Your expertise in QuickBooks software and strong knowledge of accounting principles will be essential in maintaining financial compliance and efficiency. In addition, this role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Review financial materials, procedures, and transactions to identify errors, inefficiencies, or instances of misuse;
  • Analyze adherence to budgetary standards, industry regulations, and financial guidelines using data from balance sheets and financial records;
  • Document all internal processes during audits, including listing data sources and providing detailed conclusions after investigations;
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of finance by actively participating in professional development opportunities;
  • Verify the accuracy of documents, figures, and account details during auditing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
  • Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or a similar role;
  • In-depth understanding of financial goals, industry regulations, and compliance standards;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate findings and recommendations;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inefficiencies, or irregularities in financial materials;
  • Proficient in documenting internal processes, data sources, and audit conclusions;
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices;
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial documents and figures.
